Q: my payment didnt go through and i was downgraded, how do i get my photos back?

My December payment didnt go trough and I was downgraded. I didn't realise at the time but have now updated my payment and storage. How do i get my photos etc back i had on my storage as they are no longer on my account? Please help! Thank you
