when I try to unlock my iPod, the slider doesn't slide the full way, also when I'm trying to type it doesn't let me type the letters n, b, u & h. I've tried turning it on and off but it doesn't work. What should I do?
iPod touch, iOS 6.1.5
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
Try a hard reset by holding down the home and lock button until the screen shows the Apple logo. By chance, do you have any type of screen protector that might have a bubble that is causing the problem? Hope this helps! PSkilton
