My iPad mini won't charge!

I only got my iPad mini a few months ago and it wont charge. I bought a new charger and it annoyingly still wont charge. My battery is now too low to even turn on. I am very angry that I have spent £260 on a product of a good name which, after just a few months, already has faults. Please help!
