File name shows on the wallpaper picture

After I installed Earth 3D screen saver, the images shown as my desktop background are now showing a large tag with the filename, path included, of the image. How do I get rid of that tag? I already got rid of the screensaver as someone suggested and the name tag keeps showing. Does anyone know something I could do to get rid of the tag? Help, please!! 😀

Hi,

I had this problem too. I was able to fix it using info from here: http://osxdaily.com/2011/11/20/show-the-location-path-of-current-wallpaper-in-ma c-os-x/. Basically, I followed their suggested terminal command and it worked like a charm! Here it is: defaults delete com.apple.dock desktop-picture-show-debug-text;killall Dock
