I have 3 ICloud accounts on my notes on my macbook pro. Is something wrong?

why do I have 3 iCloud accounts on my notes app on my Macbook Pro?

It is possible to use 3 iCloud accounts with notes, but I assume you are not expecting 3 accounts, are they not your accounts.
