I already have an apple id i created online.But when i sign in with it,i'm asked to review my details.But i don't want to add any credit card information but it seems to be compulsory and i'm not able to link my apple id to my iphone either.What can i do? I don't have any credit card.

Is it a new account ? Unless you follow the instructions on this page when creating a new account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534 , then card details will need to entered before the account can be used in the stores.
If it is a new account without any downloads linked to it then create a new account and use that instead - you can change the email address on that account so that you can reuse it by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone and signing in, via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, or via http://appleid.apple.com
