Jan 25, 2014 9:18 AM in response to Stangboy06by turingtest2,Try using the slightly more detailed process outlined in HT1923: Removing and reinstalling iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8. If any component fails to uninstall try moving on to the next step anyway.

Jan 25, 2014 12:45 PM in response to Kimmi83by JSNFRMN,Hi turingtest2. When I try reinstalling iTunes it says that "The installer encountered errors before iTunes could be configured. Errors occured during installation. Your system has not been modified. Please run the installer again, or click Finish to exit."
Any ideas?

Jan 25, 2014 12:52 PM in response to JSNFRMNby turingtest2,Try using the slightly more detailed process outlined in HT1923: Removing and reinstalling iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8. If any component fails to uninstall try moving on to the next step anyway. With luck once you actually reboot and attempt the reinstall it will go through.
