Q: Bluetooth and my car...
Hi there.
Since my update to IOS7 (befor IOS 6.3.1), my iPhone 4S don't find no more my car over bluetooth. It's a Mercedes 220 CDI. Befor the update,
the phone had no problem to connect with my car. I tried to reset all, car and phone. Nothing works.
This makes me so angry that I start thinking about to change for a Samsung mobile. Those phones don't have
problems to connect.
Well Apple, again you lose one client !!!
iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

I understand your frustration, but ranting is not asking for help. This isn't Apple, we are users.
iOS updates can change the characteristics of the phone and the vehicle will no longer recognize it.
You say you reset the car and the phone. Try these steps.
Check the vehicle and see that the Apple iPhone is removed from the list of devices in the car's Bluetooth list. Turn the vehicle off.
Go into the phone and see if the vehicle is listed there. If so, remove the vehicle from the list. Power off Bluetooth, reset the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot.
Making sure you follow the instructions in the vehicle's user manual, turn on the vehicle and put the system into discovery/pairing mode.
Turn Bluetooth on for the iPhone, which puts it into discovery/pairing mode.
The devices should discover each other, you may have to put in a PIN code, but that would be stated in your vehicle's user manual.
If you need any further assistance, you can look at this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3581 or contact your vehicle manufacturer/dealer for assistance. Most have someone that can help with pairing Bluetooth devices.
