Every time I open my iPad it asks for my Apple ID?
Every time I open my iPad it asks for my Apple ID and password. The Apple ID is already loaded in the box is wrong; it isn't my own Apple ID.

So, to whom does the Apple ID belong?
If this is a used iPad, the previous owner needs to remove it from their cloud account so you can put it in your name.
Apps purchased by an Apple ID are forever linked to that ID, not the iPad.

It isn't a used iPad, it's new! That's what is confusing me. The ID is ironically my best friend's dad's email! She never used my iPad before so I have no idea how it is linking that email to my account. Apple ID in settings is correct, but when I open up iPad it asks me to sign in every time with that wrong ID
