My iPhone 4S was replaced just under a year ago therefore is now still under warranty. My contract expired last week with orange and I have upgraded to a iPhone 5s. I have tried to unlock the 4s for my wife to use however orange won't do it as the replement was done via the apple shop. Can you assist?
No one here can assist, this is a user to user forum, not Apple. You should have a receipt from the exchange with Apple if that is what Orange is looking for before performing the unlock. Apple does not unlock phones.
