my settings icon is missing on my iphone 4

The problem is you need the Settings icon to go to General and Reset and Reset Home Screen Layout.

Try a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears, ignore the red slider if that appears.

If you have iOS 7, swipe down so you get the keyboard and type settings and the icon will appear, then tap it and go to General, Reset, Reset Home Screen Layout.

With the older iOS swipe the Home Screen to the right so you get the search screen and do the above.

Hey! I have a big problem. My Cousin had installed Cydia on my iPhone 4s, and than he has istalled app called Bio (touch id app), but when he installed this app it work some minutes and than phone turn off and turn on. When it turn on , there weren't home screen icons. Pleasee help!!! Thanks 😀

I have already made the Restore (on itunes with Recovery mode, or what ever is it I don't know).
