Installed latest version of iTunes yesterday. iPod nano is now not recognized by iTunes. MS disconnets it. Have tried reinstall of ITunes and of The USB Mass Storage device. Cannot restore to original iTunes doesn't recognize. SuggestionsÉ

I installed latest iTunes software yesterday.

Today tried to sync my iPod.

iTunes would not recognize the iPod and disconnected it.

Deleted iTunes software and reinstalled it.

No Change.

Follwed support directions and Unistalled Mass Storage Device software

Reinstalled it.

USB Mass storage showed as working properly.

iTunes started and the Mass Sotrage device was unistalled.

Cannot reset to factory settings because iTunes will not recognize it.

What to do now?
