How do you get the app removed from the App Store without hiding it

On my ipad if I go to purchased apps in the App Store it will give me a list I wanna delete the ones uninstalled I have no ather devices that are apple

iPad air-OTHER, iOS 7.0.4, Please help

The only way is to hide it, which unless it's been fixed recently can only be done through iTunes on a computer. There's no option for permanently removing an app (or any other purchased item).
