Q: HELP!!  I cannot get iTunes update 11.1.4 downloaded without it crashing my iTunes and system (R6034 error message)

HELP!! I cannot get iTunes update 11.1.4 (Jan 22, 2014) downloaded without it crashing my iTunes and system (R6034 error message).  I had to restore my system, then tried again with the same results.  Pulling my hair out here!!!

My PC, Windows 7, ultimate service pack1
