Sorry but I have a frozen Ipos classic and how do your reset it if no buttons respond ?
iPod classic, will not respond to buttons

Turn the Hold button to off, then back on again and then press-and-hold the Menu and Select (centre) buttons for at least ten seconds. During that time, you should see the screen display the Apple log and the iPod should re-start.
Apple recommend that if this does not work first time, that you try a further twice before deciding that this procedure will not work.
What happens?
Nothing, then after 15 seconds, a picture of a iPod classic with a un-smily face showed up and below the picture it said "www.itunes.com/support/classic.
