I cant use my itunes anymore after the update.

After downloading the update, I can no longer use/play music in itunes. I redownloaded/reapired it but it kept on saying error/download files missing. I am using windows7, Ive never had a problem with it before. I want to know whether I can still use itunes or not. Thanks 🙂
