Are you able to enter the correct code?
Remember it is case sensitive.
Error codes or messages?

Jan 23, 2014 4:38 PM in response to lizdance40by Tracyd39,Yes it sees the wifi.
I've entered the right password ( my iPad & iPhone are also connected without any issues)
It tells me " there was a problem connecting to the network" " there's a problem with your network connection. Check your settings and try connecting again " (-3905)
Any thoughts?!

If you have a wireless MAC filter set up on your router, it blocks new devices from being added. Disable this filter, just make sure you still have a password to secure your network.

Jan 23, 2014 5:14 PM in response to lizdance40by Tracyd39,I looked at my router, it does have that. How do I disable it? Or should I just go and get an Ethernet cable and call it a night?
It does show that it's connected then quickly says I'm not.

Consult router manual on how to change settings.
