I updated to ios 7 and then it came up that my password was incorrect, and my iPad disabled, ended up having to restore so I lost EVERYTHING. But the worst thing is, I had £15 on my itunes account from a giftcard, which I still have and now it's gone! Is there any way to get this back?

I think my iCloud and Game Centre ID's are different from my itunes, but definitely only one itunes account. Would it have anything to do with iCloud?
Did you restore using the same Apple ID? Everything is linked to your ID, so restoring your iPad shouldn't have changed the money on your account. But if you used a new Apple ID then you opened a new account. This would also mean that your new account has no access to apps purchased under the old account.
Sounds like you have three Apple IDs. Definitely a bad idea. It appears that your iTunes had previously used one ID and now it's using another. I don't have iTunes on the computer that I'm using now so I can't be too specific with instructions. However, look for account information and change your ID there.
I just checked my email and I used my present ID since 14/11/2013 and I got the giftcard on christmas so it should be on that account, thanks for your answers by the way.

Thank you, I sent them an email explaining it earlier and they said they'd get back to me in 48 hours, they better! I'll have to figure out my game centre and iCloud password, it's my mum's iPod password.
