Can i change the language of letters on the keyboard ?

System Preferences / Keyboard. Click Input Sources, then the + key at the bottom. Add the one you want.

No i mean the real keyboard
Only if Apple does it for you, and I really doubt they offer that.
Better off just using an external keyboard in whatever language.
How do I know?
Call Apple and ask.

Why exactly do you want to do that?
Because the keys don't match what you are typing?
Because you want the keys to match a PC layout that you prefer?
Stickers or a skin might be an easier fix for the last.
