Problems using Airplay in college dorm

Hi,

First time post here. I recently bought the newest AppleTV while I was home for Christmas. I set it up at home and had zero problems with it, or Airplay on any of my devices (iPhone 5, Macbook Pro, Ipad Mini) But then i had to move back to college, and while I was able to successfully connect my AppleTv to the Wi-Fi here, I can no longer use AirPlay. In the control center on all of my devices, there is not even an Airplay icon to click. Many of the troublsehooting guides I find online recommend rebooting my phone, ipad, etc..., my AppleTV, and my wireless internet router. I was able to do the first two, with no success, but seeing as I live in a dorm, I have no idea how to reset the router here. Does anyone know how I might do that? It's also possible that that is not the problem. When I check the Wi-fi information on my phone, for example, it gives a different router address than the one that shows on my TV. Does this mean that they are connected to different routers? Would this be a problem, even though the routers are part of the same network? And if so, how can I make them connect to the same router? Half of the reason I bought an AppleTV was for Airplay, and so I have been pretty disappointed with it since I got back to school and have been unable to use it. Can anyone help?
