Q: Good day! i need help ...

i bought an iphone 5s as second hand cellphone . I did a reset thinking to clear out the old user stuff on it but when i did it was on activation lock.

I cannot open my phone now, i cannot also contact the person from whom i bought it to confirm the apple ID that was used to it.

Is there any work around that i can do to have my phone back working ???  Please help me.
