I was trying to update my Iphone 5c and when it went to reset the screen came back black. I've tried putting it on the charger, holding the home/sleep button at the same time, i've plugged it up on the computer, nothing works. please help me out! i havent dropped it in weeks and I even have a case on it. and there is no way i have water damage. i have no clue whats going on.

Try a reboot by holding both theower and home buttons until the apple logo appears. If that does not work, take it to an Apple store genius bar and have the technicians check it out for you.
That should have said both the power and home buttons
