Unfortunately, you've rendered your phone unsupportable. Find a competent 3rd party repair shop or buy a new phone. Apple won't touch that one now.

Does it turn ON when you connect it to the Wall Charger or USB of computer? Did you remove the front screen when you performed this repair?
Yes it does I even Tried putting in a new screen it woes fine just the display Is black/blue

The phone won't turn on after you replaced the power button and the display is black and blue after you replaced the screen and you don't need a repair shop? It may be time to reconsider that position.
