Updated podcast app--old podcasts gone.
Updated podcast app today, now all my old podcasts are gone. Any advice on restoring them?

You're probably just going to have to redownload them, although maybe you can restore them from Time Machine.
Tip: if you want to KEEP a podcast episode, rather than listen to and delete it, I strongly recommend changing the "Media Kind" from "Podcast" to "Audiobook" (or "Music", if that's more appropriate). iTunes seems to have developed a bad habit of wiping out podcasts libraries.
