Q: lost id and password find my iphone

i  need to know how to wipe out the old owners id and password because find my iphone is actavated.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4, no way to retrieve password or id

    Contact them previous owner and request they either provide you with the Apple ID and password (unlikely) or that they log into iCloud and remove the device from their account.

     

    If you are unable to contact the previous owner, the device is useless.  There is no way to bypass the activation lock.
