What did iTunes Support say when you contacted them ?

i looked in the in-app section, which is what the customs maps are.
nothing that has solved my issue.
i tried to trouble shoot in several ways.
-delete program re-download 3x
-i originally downloaded from my computer itunes and sync to my ipad.
-i tried to download straight from the ipad.

You can contact them via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
