Jan 24, 2014 3:41 AM in response to abu abdulelahby King_Penguin,We are fellow users here on these forums, if iTunes Support have replied and told you that it's not eligible for a refund then there isn't anything that we can do. If they haven't said why have you tried asking them ?

Or you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
