Servers EnterpriseYou ca do it through iTunes. I believe you right-click the phone in the sidebar.

Jan 24, 2014 5:12 AMby Hilaryrotheram,Thanks, but I've tried that in itunes click on devices in sidebar and the phone name comes up but only with 2 options, synch and transfer purchases.
I wondered about the phone settings, but I don't want to reset as I have stuff I might lose. I only want to change the name back.
It must be possible as the 'friend' managed it and he doesn't have an itunes account.
Any sggestions welcome.

Jan 24, 2014 6:44 AMby Hilaryrotheram,Thanks everyone, but when I link my phone to itunes I don't get the summary tab uner the phone name in the same way as illustrated. Maybe because it is such an old model. I have tried everything on itunes. I can only access it at all under Devices.
Do you think if I reset all settings in the settings of the phone I will lose more than I gain?
