Q: my i phone 5 went dead 1 week ago and wouldnt charge reset etc took to apple store and they fitted a new battery at the cost of £55 to myself as it is 3 months over warranty.by the time i returned home the battery had gone and still wouldnt recharge,

I returned it back to store who gave me a refund and told me nothing they can do and advice me to get another on contract. I am disgusted with the options available to me and feel that I should receive more help as the iphone states malfunction when attempting to connect to i tunes. The store has confirmed that not damage or signs that it is down to me. This problem only occurred 2weeks after updating.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4, 64g
