Win 8.1 Bootcamp 5 Touchpad response issues

Hello, I have just installed Win 8.1 via Bootcamp. Everything works pretty well and I worked out most of the kinks except for this one:

The touchpad is not sensitive enough - I have to really drag my finger across it to move the cursor without it stopping somewhere in the middle. And two finger scrolling really *****.

Works fine in OSX.

I am running Win 8.1 in Bootcamp 5 on a late 2013 Retina MBP
