Saving widget (weather) to HTML files?

I am new to Apple & iPad2. I would like to set up a widget of The Weather Station on my iPad2 & iPhone 5c iOS 7.0.4. The iPad is also updated to the same iOS. I've started the widget & the widget came back with a "code" that I am to copy into my HTML files. Where do I find those files? Hummmmm
