Iphone 4 and Airplay

Hi I have an Iphone 4 thats updated with IOS 7.0.4 and my airplay wont work and I cant find it. I searched for it in my App Store but all it took me to was Apple.com with more information about what it is. If someone could please tell me how to find/turn it on that would be great!
