Some game apps require you sign into Game Center (GC). It has worked in the past, but now when I click on GC it shows a blank screen or says something like, "No connection." I have tried everything I can think of in my limited computer knowledge. Heeeelp!

I also have the same problem. I tried everything and nothing works come to find out it is caused by an old app I have on my iPad that the developer no longer supports. I suggest you go to your apps and delete your old ones and I think you will find that is what is hanging up the game Center I deleted a bunch of my old apps and it's fine now.
Thank you very much Michsunshine. I deleted a couple of apps and my Game Center is now fixed.
I also had this same problem only a few days ago where my game center would only show a blank page. To fix this problem I backed up my iPad to my computer, reset my iPad to factory settings, and restored my backup. This method has fixed my game center problem and also given me more space on my iPad.
