Q: Can't back up iPhone 5 to iCloud
When I try to back up iPhone 5 (IOS 7.0.4) to iCloud, I get the message "The last backup could not be completed." I tried turning iCloud Backup off, then on again, but no help. I tried turning off all apps (not that many) but no help. I've tried reading all I can about this but nothing works. Anyone have a solution?
iMac (27-inch Mid 2011), OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

ChrisJ4203, thank you for your help. I have already searched this document and have tried everything I could find with no results. However, I believe I have finally solved my problem. I was not aware that my iPhone was not connecting to my wi-fi router. My router was listed on my phone, but there was no "check mark" by it's name, so it was not actually connected. I searched out a document on wi-fi connection problems, which suggested a restart of the iPhone. IT WORKED! I was able to connect to my wi-fi router, which then allowed me to update my phone to iCloud. Problem solved. I hope this helps someone else with the same problem.
