how to download cambodian font for IOS7

Typing has nothing to do with fontbook. To type you activate a keyboard.

Go to system preferences/language & text/input sources and check the box for Khmer. Then go to the "flag" menu at the top right of the screen and select Khmer. Then type. Use the Keyboard Viewer to see which key does what.

Note that MS Word for Mac can't do Khmer, but other apps should work OK.

All recent Mac's already have Cambodian fonts, no need to download anything. Are you not able to see this page?

It appears that Cambodian is not a choice for keyboard on the iPhone, nor do I find Khmer. You do not download fonts on the iPhone.

Get the app called Keyman.

You asked for the font for iOS 7. The Mac does not run iOS 7. Someone else will need to help you.
