imovie wont open

imovie wont open

I was just doing some voice overs and imovie 10 hung up so I forced quit. Now iMovie won't open. I have updated, deleted etc etc and nothing seems to work...please help.

OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

just found out openning with command button gives you the option to choose a different library or rename the current one. Then it openned fine.

then, once iMovie is openned you can open the old library again if you need to.
