my computer wont find my ipod after the itunes update 1/24/14

since i did the itunes update on my computer, when i plug in my ipod it says do you trust this computer? i push yes and it wont find my ipod on my itunes anymore. it finds it on my computer but not as Selinas ipod anymore, only as apple ipod..wth happened when i did this update? now i cant sync anything 😟 HELPPPPPPPP 😟
