Q: Face error 14 during restore in iphone 5

Hi,

My iphone 5 keep going into restore mode(screen shows itunes logo and firewire p-lug) and face error 14 message during PC  restoration process. This is despite I loaded in latest itunes, remove other USB and turn off anti virus.

 

Is it a hardware issue ? Appreciate your advise. Thanks.
