Q: help me ! iphone4s after restore

Is anyone getting the below error message when connecting your phone to iTunes? I've been trying for almost 2 days now and I get this message. My iphone4S imei :013061001250981-

Hi

Sounds like your account/profile on your PC might be having a problem? Try creating another account/profile and have another go.
