Q: update

i updated itunes and now is not letting me access..keeps coming up with library c runtime error..will not let me restore to an older version

of itunes..am gettng extremely upset

    Have you added any non-Apple software to "enhance" iTunes before the 11.1.4 installation? You don't state which release of OS X is involved, but this version of iTunes is stated by Apple for compatibility with 10.6.8 forward.

     

    I just updated to this version of iTunes on Mavericks 10.9.1 and it works fine.
