i have iphone 4 and i update it to ios 7 .in a phone call other side can't hear me.can i fix it or un update ios 7 .how to un update ios 7 . plz help me😢

There is no Apple supported method to downgrade iOS. It cannot be done. Try resetting the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release.
