Dude whatever iOS device you have, when you’re looking at the USB wall charger, just look for the output After you look at the Wattage. The small wall charger that comes from iPhone are 5Watts, they will charge an iPad, but the iPad has to be off. If you’re playing games and you’re charging your iPad on the 5Watt usb wall charger, iPad won’t charge Wattage and bolts too weak, other than that any 10W-12W usb wall charger will charge all iOS devices. They have that smart chip to prevent over charge, or displaying too much Watts/voltage to a iOS device. Long time ago one of the MBP high watt charger messed up one of my iPs devices long time ago, shocked the battery and just killed my battery cycle life. 1%-2% foor-Life lol
Any Apple iOS device charger will charge any iOS device. Look up the charger in the Apple Store for reassurance of compatibilities.
Thanks
Will this cause any damage to the battery?
I cannot check this in the store as the A1357 is an old charger model.
Ios devices will draw as much current they were build to draw it will not affect the battery even if you used a 100watt charger
Great Thanks.
A1357 is an older charger? I just bought a new iPad Air 2 - 128gb and it has an A1357 charger in the box. What should it have if the A1357 is an older charger?
Thank you
charge my iphone6s with the charger that came with my ipad2
