Ipad in recovery mode but restoring doesnt help?

My ipad air screen is completely black with the white cirle in the middle, I pressed the home/lock buttons together and the white apple screen came on but went straight back to the black again. It showed the screen to connect to itunes, which I did, and it told me the ipad is in recovery mode and I need to resore it. I did, it took 3 hours, but it just went back to how it was, with itunes saying its in recovery mode and to restore it. Occasionally the screen will light up as if its starting up, then just go back to the spinning circle again. Itunes is now showing summary info apps etc, but wont load the device? I have no idea what to do, tried to contact apple but when i put in the serial number they say theres nothing they can do or something PLEASE HELP i only got it last month ahhh

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE

1. Hold Sleep/Wake button down and slide to turn off iPad

2. Turn on computer and launch iTune (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)

3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port

4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port. Do not release button until you see picture of iTune and plug.

5. Release Home button.

ON COMPUTER

6. iTune has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTune.

7. Select "Restore iPad"...
