    New or 2nd hand?

Firstly just unplug it and restart - I assume it will connect to your internet? It needs that to populate the icons on screen.

Under Settings, ensure ypu have the correct location set (it seems to default to Cupertino), and also the correct country for iTunes store.  Not all content is available worldwide - check on your country's Apple site.

Some, not all icons can be hidden inder the Settings for itunes Store - Netflix may be hidden but don't recall being able to hide Movies/TV Shows etc

Occasionally Apple server glitches can make whole categories disappear but expect to see other posts here if that is the case.

If 2nd hand you may want to go to Settings>General and either there or the menu above reset it or use the option to restore to factory setting, to remove previous user settings.
