Some Apps auto closes in my iphone 4 ios 7.0.4

Make sure your apps are fully updated. If they are, try uninstalling and reinstalling them. If they still do not work, contact the delevopers. Apple Can't fix Third party apps and will refer you to the delevoper anyway, or tell you to wait for the next update. These apps may not be compatible with the new iOS update at the moment and the deveoper hasn't made it so quite yet.

You can also try to import your photos to your computer, use iCloud to save your contacts and make sure your music is in iTunes to sync back to your device, and restore the device in iTunes and set up the iPhone as new. It could also be a corrupted file somewhere casuing this.

It sounds like a possible corrupted file. Have you tried the uninstall and reinstall with any of them?

Back up your data, but if you restore a back up, it staill may have the problem. So do the Imports and use iCloud to sycn the rest of your data to ensure any possible bad file doesn't trasnfer back over. Restoring the iPhone iTunes to set up the device as new and put a fresh copy of the iOS software back on the iPhone. Hope this works!

So, a Sim card is needed to activate the iphone at all times. even if it's a dead sim. The iPhone won't let you passed the activation screen without one in the iPhone. 🙂
