Got new iphone 5 and shop went past the set up stages where I should have pulled the back up onto my new phone from icloud so how do I do that now? Thanks in advance
Start again.
Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content & Settings
Near the end, choose restore from iCloud.
Note: Connect iPhone to wall power adapter and make sure you have Wi-Fi.

It will clear everything, and restore the contents of the last backup of your old phone. If you have added content to the new phone it will be lost.
When you restore from backup, it will first erase anyway.
Didn't you want to restore backup from iCloud?
How so I backup my new IPhone 5 from my old from icloud. Should have been done at set up stage but shop went past that?
