It sounds like you're trying to set up your AirPort Express or AirPort Extreme with your Windows computer? There is a setup assistant built into iOS (if you have an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch), and for a Windows PC, you can download AirPort Utility for free here (http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1547), and that will help you set it up.
