Can anyone out there help me? My phone is in "silence mode" with a blue checkmark in the "Only while iPhone is locked". I cannot seem to remove the check mark and since the phone is always locked, the ring tone will not work. Any suggestions?

Q: Removing all "silence mode" entries.
Make sure that neither "scheduled" or "Manual" are selected
