Safari is the web browser, and anntaylor.com and macys.com are the only two websites I have noticed this problem with. Specifically, when I go into the clothing section at Macy's, I can only see images on the initial search results page. When I click on any specific item, however, no image appears with the item description. There is no red "x" or other symbol; the place where the picture should appear is simply blank. On anntaylor.com, no images at all appear under any category, whether on the general search results page or when I click on an item. I have another family member with the same MacBook and all of the images show up fine on their computer. Thanks so much for the help!

From the Safari menu bar, select

Safari Preferences... Extensions

Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.

If you wish, you may be able to salvage the errant extension by uninstalling and reinstalling it. Its settings will revert to their defaults. If the extension still causes a problem, remove it permanently or refer to its developer for support.
