Q: MSVCR80.dll missing

cannnot get into Itunes. keep getting Message saying MSVCR80.dll missing

iPod classic, Windows 7

With professional help, I found that the new version of Itunes was missing the DLL file. We restored Windows7 to a level prior to the bad download.  Itunes needs to fix the problem.
